We charge a deposit of 50% of your total stay upon booking. This deposit is refundable up to 14 days of your arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made outside of the 14 day window are charged a $25 administrative fee.

  • Check In times vary by site type. RV and Tent site guests may check in after 1pm. Glamp Tent, Hideaway Huts, and Camp Carriages guests may check in after 3pm. Check out by 11am.
  • NO CHECKS IN AFTER 11pm, as to not disturb other guests. Should you arrive after 11pm, please park in the lot across from our Lodge and you may check in the next morning.
  • Gate passes must be a returned to the Front Desk upon departure/check out. Failure to return your Gate Pass incurs a $50 fee.
  • Parking Pass must be displayed on your vehicle at all times.
  • Two pets allowed per site. Dogs must have paperwork reflecting current vaccination. Dogs must be leashed and attended to at all times. $5 per dog, per night fee. Pets are NOT allowed in the glamping rentals.
  • We charge a $10 per person, per visit Guest Fee. Guests must register with the Front Desk and receive a Parking Pass.
  • No generators or golf carts allowed.
  • One adult tent only per tent site.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, and fires must be extinguished by 11pm.
  • We require that someone 21 years of age or older be on each site at all times.
  • Out of state wood is prohibited. Wood is offered onsite for sale.
  • Green and brown tarps only – no blue tarps.
  • Firearms, fireworks, slingshots and BB guns are prohibited.
  • Motorcycles are allowed, but travel permitted between site and off property only.
